EYE PAIN OR EYELID PAIN
DESCRIPTION
Eye or eyelid pain can be due to a variety of ocular causes. It can be caused by inflammation or infection of many structures of the eye. Pain can manifest in different sensations in the eye, including sharp, burning, dull ache, throbbing or feeling something is "in" your eye. It is important to see your eye care provider immediately to determine the cause of your eye pain.
