Using these methods, put in place for the safety of our patients and providers, the IEI will continue to attend to our patients while doing our part to flatten the curve.
Patients needing to reach us during this time period should call the IEI at 312-225-6200 and make sure that they leave a call-back number and accept calls from blocked numbers to ensure that our providers can reach you.
ANNOUNCED MARCH 12, 2020
At the Illinois Eye Institute, it is our priority to provide patients the best possible care, as well as to ensure the health and safety of our patients, employees and our community.
Due to the COVID-19 virus, all walk-in patients will be triaged over the phone to determine the need for an examination or other recommendations. The phone number to call is 312-225-6200. You will need to call from your cell phone or home phone and leave a call back number. Due to high demand, it may take longer than expected for a doctor to return your call.
