Patients referred to the Center for Advanced Ophthalmic Care at the Illinois Eye Institute are evaluated and treated by a team of optometrists and ophthalmologists.  Treatments requiring laser or medical therapy will be performed on site, while surgical treatments will be scheduled and performed at several local facilities on the north and south sides of Chicago.
