No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy
The Illinois Eye Institute prioritizes providing timely, efficient access to care. To ensure we are providing the best healthcare service to our patients, it is important that we have advance notice of at least 24 hours if you are unable to arrive for your scheduled appointment. This allows us to open the appointment for another patient.

We understand that missed appointments happen. However, after three (3) missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours of the appointment time) we may no longer be able to schedule you for future appointments at the IEI.
​
If you miss an appointment, you will receive an automated notification, and we will notify you if you have reached the no-show limit.
​
If you feel that you still require treatment, please contact us to further discuss the matter.
