(each family member must have a unique email account)
The information you provide is confidential and will be processed through our secure system. At that time you will be able to establish your account online.
Is there a charge for opening an account?
There is no charge. The service is complimentary to IEI patients.
Do I need special equipment to access the Patient Portal?
No. All you need is access to a computer with an internet connection and an email account that matches the one you provided to the IEI.
What should I do if I’m having difficulty resetting the password?

You will receive an email containing the password reset link in your account. You can reset the password using the link and the password reset token.
