With an ACCESS Health Center onsite, medical services at the Illinois Eye Institute extend beyond eye and vision care. With more than 40 community health centers in largely underserved, low-income neighborhoods throughout the city and suburbs, ACCESS Community Health Network is Chicagoland’s largest private provider of primary health care.

Insurance and Fees

Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, Medicare and most major health plans are accepted to cover the costs of medical care. A sliding-fee scale based on ability to pay is available for uninsured patients. Payment is expected at the time of service.
